Oscar Gonzalez
Co-Founder, Business Operations
Oscar leads the company with 15 years of experience in the biopharma and academic industries. An innovative leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Oscar excels in strategy, planning, and execution. He has held key roles and consulted in R&D and Clinical Operations, in collaboration with senior leadership and executives at various organizations including Karyopharm Therapeutics, LifeMine Therapeutics, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and Pioneering Medicines. Oscar holds an MBA in Strategy, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an MS in Bioimaging, from Boston University. He holds a BS in Biology from Longwood University (VA). His expertise and passion in process improvement and operational strategy helps biopharma companies achieve excellence in drug development and clinical operations.

Lawrence Wong
Co-founder, Equipment Management
Lawrence brings over a decade of experience in biopharma facilities. He specializes in streamlining business operations, optimizing equipment lifecycle management, and implementing data-driven strategies. With a background spanning roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, National Resilience, and ICQ Consultants, Lawrence has managed large-scale projects across R&D, clinical, and commercial manufacturing environments. His expertise includes workflow optimization, CMMS implementation, equipment lifecycle strategies, and GMP compliance. Lawrence combines industry knowledge with innovative solutions to ensure equipment reliability, cost-effective maintenance, and increased productivity in biopharma operations. He holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from Boston University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
