Recognized as an innovative leader and a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Oscar excels in devising strategic frameworks, meticulous planning, and flawless execution.

His impactful career has seen him in key capacities and advisory roles across R&D and Clinical Operations, collaborating with senior leaders and executives from premier organizations such as Karyopharm Therapeutics, LifeMine Therapeutics, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and Pioneering Medicines.

Oscar holds an MBA in Strategy, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an MS in Bioimaging from Boston University, in addition to a BS in Biology from Longwood University (VA). Oscar’s expertise and unwavering passion for process optimization and operational fitness contribute significantly to driving biopharma companies toward excellence in drug development and clinical operations.
